Tokens
A unit of text that the AI model uses instead of words; approximately 1 token ≈ 3–4 characters. 10,000 tokens means that you are entitled to approximately 7,500–10,000 words in total per month, summed up: your queries + AI responses. In practice, this is roughly several dozen shorter conversations or a couple of longer text generations, depending on how long the responses are.
Queries
A "query" or prompt is any individual interaction when you send a question or task to the AI system (e.g., one question in the chat window). "Up to 30 queries per month" means that within that package, the user can initiate the AI a maximum of 30 times per month (30 clicks on "Send" to the AI).
AI module
The “AI module” usually refers to a package of functionalities: Basic: classic chat, simple text processing, and basic web integration (widget on the page, basic customization). Advanced modules could then add features such as connections to knowledge bases, advanced automation, custom roles, integrations with CRM, etc.
Prompts
This is a description of the business that we provide to the Chatbot so that it knows how to give an appropriate response to the client based on the posed question. A prompt of 5,000 characters roughly corresponds to a text of about 800–1,000 words, which is sufficient for a detailed task description or a shorter document.
