Who is behind Favor Informatika?
Favor Informatika is a business based in Poreč, owned by Željko Bubičić, specializing in IT services: website and webshop development, hosting, optimization, and integration with accounting systems. We bring over 25 years of experience, and as a registered business, we’ve been active on the market for over 10 years with more than 70 satisfied clients across Croatia, Europe, and even Australia.
Do you work exclusively in Istria or also elsewhere?
Our services are fully online – we work with clients from all over Croatia and abroad. Everything can be handled via email, phone, WhatsApp, or video call. If you’re in Istria, we can also meet in person.
Do you have experience with specific sectors?
Yes. We work with a variety of sectors: tourism, rentals, retail, agriculture, education, associations, freelancers, and service industries.

What are the basic website packages and what do they include?
Start (€180): simple 1-page website + free hosting for 1 year Optimal (€280): up to 8 pages (e.g. Home, About, Services, Contact…) Portal (€550): unlimited pages, galleries, SEO, multilingual support All websites include: responsive design, contact form, basic SEO optimization, SSL certificate, and technical support. How long does it take to build a website?
Simpler websites: 5–10 working days Larger websites and portals: 2–10 weeks The duration depends on your availability for communication, content delivery, and feedback.
Do I need to write the texts and send the images myself?
It’s up to you. You can provide your own content, but we also offer assistance with copywriting, structure suggestions, and professional stock photos.
Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes. We build websites using CMS platforms (WordPress), with a user-friendly interface for adding text and images. You’ll receive access and basic training for independent use.
What if I want multiple languages on my website?
We support multilingual websites (HR/EN/DE/IT etc.) – the surcharge depends on the number of languages and the type of content.
Do you offer solutions for associations, schools, or local projects?
Yes. We offer more affordable packages and flexibility for non-profit organizations, and we support public projects, applications, and publications.

What are the webshop packages and prices?

The webshop connects to e‑računi.hr or another fiscalization service, which automatically fiscalizes invoices, generates PDFs, manages inventory, and enables automatic bookkeeping integration.
Can I have a catalog without prices, just for inquiries?
Yes. It’s possible to have an online catalog without a cart – ideal for manufacturers, service providers, or presentations without e‑commerce.
Can the webshop be used for reservations (booking)?
Yes. We implement booking calendars with payment, automatic appointment confirmation, and messaging (e.g. apartments, salons, courses).
